1. Booking & Payment Policy
- A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment.
- Full payment must be made before the commencement of the tour.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice due to changes in taxes, fuel prices, or government policies.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellation must be made in writing via email.
- Cancellation charges will apply as follows:
- 30 days or more before departure: 10% of total package cost
- 15–29 days before departure: 25% of total package cost
- 7–14 days before departure: 50% of total package cost
- Less than 7 days before departure: 100% (No refund)
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 7–14 working days.
3. Travel Documents
- Customers are responsible for ensuring valid passports, visas, permits, and other travel documents.
- The company will not be responsible for any delays or losses due to incomplete documentation.
4. Itinerary Changes
- The company reserves the right to alter the itinerary due to weather conditions, natural disasters, political situations, or other unforeseen circumstances.
- Alternative arrangements will be made wherever possible.
5. Liability
- The company acts only as an intermediary between travelers and service providers (airlines, hotels, transport operators).
- We are not liable for:
- Loss of baggage or personal belongings
- Injury, accident, or death
- Delays or cancellations caused by third-party service providers
6. Travel Insurance
- Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
- The company is not responsible for any medical emergencies or travel-related risks.
7. Behavior & Conduct
- Travelers are expected to behave responsibly during the tour.
- The company reserves the right to remove any traveler from the tour for misconduct without refund.
8. Force Majeure
- The company shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond control (natural calamities, strikes, government restrictions, pandemics, etc.).
9. Governing Law
Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
